Project Description:
This project will develop a unified plan for the North Highway 97, corridor, a state-designated "scenic byway" serving visitors to Oregon for the Lewis & Clark Bicentennial. The plan includes improvements to sidewalks, intersections, and bicycle/pedestrian paths. Improvements to landscaping, lighting, and signage will ensure that travelers are informed and able to traverse the corridor and enjoy its many assets. The project includes a 57-mile section from Biggs Junction to historic Shaniko. |
