Project Description:
  • Provide active and passive interpretive and education opportunities at key state parks (Rooster Rock, Government Island, Crown Point, Ainsworth, Viento, Koberg, Memaloose, and Deschutes) within the Gorge.
  • Restore and improve campground facilities at Ainsworth, Viento, Memaloose, and Deschutes State Parks
  • Improve river access and water safety at Rooster Rock, Government Island, Mayer, and Deschutes State Parks
  • Restore and improve trails at Lewis & Clark, Starvation Creek, and Deschutes State Parks
  • Invest in capital improvements and infrastructure updates at Crown Point, Rooster Rock, Ainsworth, Dalton Point, Viento, Koberg, Memaloose, Mayer, and Deschutes State Parks
