Project Description:
This project will create a substantial monument or symbol worthy of Lewis & Clark and immediately representative of the Portland-Vancouver area. The Bicentennial presents an opportunity to unify this region through the values of discovery, leadership, and a sense of community - and to leave a legacy that endures beyond the Bicentennial commemoration.
